Perhaps the best known cocktail which uses Campari, is the “Negroni”. This is an extremely simple recipe to make, as well as easy to remember. Equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari.
Negroni
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with either a lemon twist or orange wheel.
